specialized in Japanese influenced tattoos by machine (wabori) and tebori (hand poke ). but I also enjoy working in heavy black tattoo work.

The Japanese dragon is associated with ruling and power. The Japanese Irezumi dragon typically has Three claws

The Black dragon is a thousand-year-old dragon. They are the symbol of the North ,They cause storms by battling in the air.

Dragon lore is traditionally associated with Buddhist temples. Myths about dragons living in ponds and lakes near temples are widespread.

The black carp also known as MAGOE represent the power, strength, the will, and the ability to overcome everyday troubles.

Tebori is a traditional tattoo style that's been around for the last 400 years. It's very simple but simplicity doesn't mean easy.

The word "Hannya" means "wisdom" in Buddhism. There are several explanations for this , some of them saying it takes wisdom to carve the Hannya mask. 

The origins of the name can be traced back to Hannyabou, a mask carver that lived in the 15th or early 16th century.

The wave motif symbolize peace, good luck and good fortune, also signifies power and resilience.

The chest panels or "HIKAE" are a classic placement, often blending from the chest to the shoulder, and turning into a half sleeve that might go down to the wrist known as ''nagasode" or seven tenths length known as "shichibu" at the forearm, and five tenths length known as ''gobu'' just above the elbow

The term "Nagasode" which means "long sleeve"

Nagasode irezumi cover the entire arm and ends at the wrist.

There are two lengths of sleeve "Kubu" and "Tobu".

Kubu ends before the wrist bone, while Tubu goes beyond of wrist bone stoping right before the hand.

Fudo Myo-o "The immovable wisdom king" is one of the most important deities in Japan.

He is the guardian of Buddhism and one of the five wisdom kings.

"Sashibo" or "Nomi" is the name of the instrument used in Tebori. The details and secrets as to how the instruments are made varies in each tattoo family.

Green Dragons are associated with nature, bravery, wisdom, and strength. There are six dragon variants in Japanese culture.

They are Sui, Han, Ri, Fuku, Ka, and Hai, Which are often written with the word "Ryu"  (Dragon) on the end for instance Sui-Ryu.
